At Cureton Ortho, we pride ourselves on providing a fun, family-friendly atmosphere where you will actually look forward to coming to your appointments. If you are looking to get braces in Kingsport, we have multiple treatment options, including traditional metal braces, almost invisible tooth-colored braces, as well as clear aligners (Invisalign).
Hi! I’m Dr. Scott Cureton, and I love helping patients feel more confident about their smiles.
Whether you’re considering braces for your child or clear aligners for yourself, my goal is simpleโto provide exceptional orthodontic care in a fun, welcoming office where every patient feels comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.
My Story
Growing up, I watched my father build Cureton Orthodontics with one goal: treat every patient like family.
Joining the practice in 2012 gave me the opportunity to continue that tradition while introducing modern technology like digital scanning, 3D printing, and a fully digital workflow that makes treatment more comfortable and precise.
Today, nothing is more rewarding than seeing the confidence a new smile can bring to both children and adults.

When I’m not creating smiles, I enjoy spending time with my wife Ashley, my daughters, golfing, and cheering on our local community. I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in Kingsport and to care for so many families I’ve known for years.
My Philosophy
I believe orthodontic treatment should be more than just straight teeth. Every patient deserves outstanding results, honest recommendations, and an experience that’s actually enjoyable. My team and I work hard to make every visit something patients look forward to.
